Xerox CEO Ursula Burns recently celebrated
her 35th year at Xerox. It’s
no surprise that Burns attributes much of her success to surrounding herself
with great people, and a process of life-long learning. In the interview, Burns recognizes the value
of diversity, and says she seeks people she can trust, and honest critics who
tell it like it is and who challenge her to be a better person. Great advice for leaders at every level and
