EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T HAVE A CUP SIZE

The quip fromKathy Laird, (Executive Director, Human Rights Legal Support Centre), was so good, we made it a headline. Not sure how long it will be before a woman’s looks are not purported as her best asset; but until then, head of the Ontario Human Rights Commission, Renu Mandhane, isn’t having it. Women, if your employers want lower shirts and higher skirts, understand that they may be committing a human rights violation. Good on Mandhane for not just passing this policy, but for encouraging women to know and assert their rights in the workplace.
