Former CEO of Reddit Ellen Pao, may have lost
her battle against VC firm Kleiner Perkins – but she is claiming victory in the
larger war for equality in Silicon Valley.
In an interview, Pao said “The World is slowly getting better”, with the
biggest positive change over the last 20 years being the ability to “speak out against bad behavior”. Pao also highlighted modern technology as a
game changer, as cameras and digital recordings are reigning in those who make
what she gracefully calls “thoughtful remarks”. At April Now, we applaud Ellen Pau’s courage
and look forward to hearing more from her soon.
Thanks Ellen!
