As stunning as this may seem to the rest of
us, GMs first female CEO, Marry Barra, says she missed the importance of being
a woman early on in her career.
Fortunately for the rest of us, she says she has now come to understand
that some of us need role models, and that her leadership helps the rest of us
see a path to success. At April Now, we
are definitely thankful for Barra’s leadership.
She is leading one of the largest most important companies in the world,
and doing so with aplomb and style. Thank
you Mary for your leadership and for the example you are setting for the rest
of us!
