Finally! the RCMP Plans to Recruit as Many Woman as Men

Finally, the RCMP has set a new target, and plans to recruit as many woman as men going forward.  Sgt. Marlene Bzdel referred to the new target as "ambitous", and said she believes it is "important that we're a leader in employment equity hiring."  At April Now - we don't just think this is ambitious, we think it is "about time".  The impact of this policy will be monumental ten years out.
