Growing
evidence suggests having three or more woman on a corporate board can lead to
better corporate performance. According
to Geena Davis, the Academy Award winning actress and founder of the Genna
Davis Institute on Gender in Media, companies with more woman on the board also
have more woman in senior management positions.
She also says that research shows that a diverse body will make smarter
